Aspire to Inspire

Behind the Theme…

“Aspire to Inspire” means to direct one’s ambitions to inspire other people. Some of the thought behind this is that today’s leaders need to have the skills and character that are necessary to be the role models for tomorrow’s leaders. Think of some of the greatest inspirational people, like Martin Luther King Jr. who inspired people from behind a podium and when he was walking alongside his companions in civil rights marches. He awoke a fire in people to see change and to make that change for themselves. At Fall Leadership Conference (FLC), we as state officers of Business Professionals of America and DECA are wanting to inspire you, so you can leave FLC wanting to inspire your fellow members in your local chapter. We are hoping you will leave with a new aspiration to inspire others.
