SLC registration will open at 8:00 a.m. on December 1, 2026 and soft close at 11:59 p.m. on December 18, 2026. It will open again at 8:00 a.m. January 4, 2027 and hard close on January 8, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. to accommodate any new members chapters may receive during the second semester.
No changes can be made, including refund requests once registration has closed on January 8, 2027.

For K12 comprehensive programs the registration fee for advisors only can be paid with 412 program incentive funds.

Hotel Information
All SLC participants are required to stay at the official designated partnered conference hotel. The primary conference hotel for State Leadership Conference is the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown. ​Non-compliance is cause for disqualification from competition and advancement to NLC.
The Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown booking link will be made available on February 1, 2027. Chapters will know by this date who has officially qualified for State Leadership Conference, so you should ONLY book the number of rooms needed for your chapter. Each individual chapter will be responsible for any rooms dropped after February 1st.

Should the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown reach capacity, we will release booking links for secondary hotel properties that must be booked to stay in compliance.​​​​​​​​​
