Number of Contests 

Mid-Level, Secondary, and Post Secondary student members may participate in a total of two events, only one of which may be a team event (this number includes pilot events). Additionally, a student may compete in an unlimited number of Open Events, the Merit Scholar Test, and National Virtual Events.

REGISTER COMPETITORS:  January 12th – January 27, 2023

Registration opens at 8:00 AM on 1/12/23  and closes at 4:00 PM on 1/27/23

ONLINE TESTING WINDOW:  February 1st – February 17th

• Testing is available from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, daily – no weekends

• Advisors will need to register their testing liaison and create a testing schedule with their testing liaison

PRE-SUBMIT EVENT WINDOW

Submit all materials for prepared (pre-submit) events and complete application tests daily from February 1st– February 17th 

Prepared, pre-submitted events:

  • Students should  upload their video to either YouTube or Vimeo and submit the link to their advisor
  • Advisors should set a deadline for students to submit links to them prior to the submission deadline
  • Advisors should upload links and documents to the pre-submit site
