***All State Leadership Conference attendees planning to stay overnight are REQUIRED to lodge at one of the designated hotel properties outlined below. In the event that all properties reach maximum occupancy, we will contract an additional property in the downtown Tulsa area***

Hotel rates and space have been negotiated by Oklahoma BPA based on registered conference attendees from 2018. In order to keep registration cost as low as possible it is very important that we adhere to this policy.

Those using PO # MUST provide information to the hotel before you arrive on-site to check-in. To ensure proper billing and prevent room charges from showing up on your credit card, it is recommended you have this on file with the hotel at least 1 week prior to the event.

The Hyatt Regency will once again serve as our competitive event headquarters for SLC 2019. The following groups / chapters will be given first preference on this property based on their roles at SLC. All remaining rooms will then be filled on a first come, first served basis. We have contracted 300 rooms with this property.

Single / Double Occupancy: $112.00 per night

Triple / Quad Occupancy: $121.00 per night

Cancellation Date:

The cut-off date for cancelling any rooms that will not be needed is 5:00 p.m. on February 17, 2020. Individual chapters will be responsible for all rooming charges and taxes associated with all room nights not cancelled by the deadline (no exceptions).

This property is a short 7-10 minute walk from the Hyatt Regency property. All of these rooms will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Guest may park in the garage at a discounted rate of $6.00 per night. They are also offering bus parking at a rate of $20.00 per night for those lodging at this property (can accommodate 5 buses). Bus parking must be reserved at least 3 weeks in advance of SLC.

Standard King /  Double Queen Occupancy: $104.00 per night
