Farewell to my BPA Family,

Business Professionals of America has changed my life in indescribable ways. I can’t express enough gratitude to this organization for all it has done for me.  My BPA journey started in a classroom listening to a man speak about the opportunities with our organization. Not long after that, I became a local chapter officer. Being an officer for my chapter was exciting and I wanted to learn more! I was allowed to attend the 2021 Fall Leadership Conference, which is where I fell in love with BPA.  The rest is history, I ran for State Executive Council and became the 2022 – 2023 State Vice President.

I am so happy I got to see BPA as a member and an officer. It is two completely different views! As a member, I enjoyed the competitive side of BPA and loved watching people be rewarded for their hard work. As an officer, I still enjoy those things, but I now most enjoy the community. We have such an amazing community, filled with friendship and partnership. I am so glad I got to be a part of it.

So, thank you Oklahoma Business Professionals of America. You have made me the person I am today. I am so glad I got to meet all of you, awesome humans!! I know that you will continue to do awesome things. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of an amazing team of State Officers. Thank you to my State and Local Chapter Advisors. This organization wouldn’t be anything without its members and advisors. So, thank you to all of the members and advisors for the organization you make happen.

I hope you all enjoy your BPA journeys as much as I have enjoyed mine.
