On September 20th, 2023, I had the pleasure of visiting Ripley High School and meeting their high school and middle-level chapter members and advisor, Mrs. Niki Burch. I was warmly welcomed by the Ripley staff and students during my visit. After introductions, I presented an informational presentation about Torch Awards, BPA Cares chapter awards, competitions, the State Leadership Conference (SLC), service projects, running for state office, the Star Chapter Award, and the upcoming Fall Leadership Conference (FLC). Both chapters’ officers  are registered and excited to attend their very first BPA Fall Leadership Conference in Norman on October 16. 

Both the middle-level and high school chapters were reactivated this year under the guidance of Mrs. Niki Burch, and were excited to learn more about the many opportunities that are available to them with their membership.
