Chapter Visit Requests

Hello Oklahoma BPA it your State Reporter, Aaliyah Garcia, to help you learn more about our officer chapter visits. We are so excited to be able to attend your school events and more.

As officers we want to get to know you better.

What is an officer chapter visit ? It is a way for a state officer to be able to come to your school events such as your BPA chapter officer introduction or even recruitment for your school and so much more.

How do I fill out a form? Go online and search bpaok.org then go to the SEC tab at the top of the page, put your cursor over the tab until a drop down appears. Next you will look for the Chapter Visit Form and click on it and the page should show up. The form will have the following information on it:

Your First and Last, Email, Phone Number, Name of School/ Chapter.

What is the event for: EX ( Fundraising, Recruitment)

Date of the Event, time of event, address of event.

What do you want the officers to do at the event(give details) EX:( talk about roles of office).

What is the preferable dress code?

Full professional dress
BPA polo and khakis
Other

Will be allowed to post on social media?

Yes or No

Any other details for the event that you would like to add.

Then click Submit.

All your information will be sent to Oklahoma BPA. You and your officer that you chose will be notified. The state advisor will coordinate with your local chapter and the officer will be given all the details to your BPA event.
